Instructions for submitting a paper to be included in IEEE Xplore:
As promised, all accepted papers that were presented at ThETA1 will appear in IEEE – Xplore. You may modify your presented paper according to discussions that took place during the conference or decide to keep it in the original form.
In all cases you have to resubmit it before February 28th 2007 to thetaconf@gmail.com according to the following instructions.
[A selection of these papers will also be published in either IEEE/CPT or ASME/JEP. Selection will be made out of papers submitted according to the procedure below]
1. Re-edit your source file
Re-edit source to make sure it is compliant with conference guidelines ( ThETA1Guidelines.pdf or ThETA1Guidelines.doc). These Guidelines are slightly modified compared to original guidelines to suit online requirements (see also ThETA1GuidelineDifferences.pdf ). You may also modify the contents depending on discussions you had during the conference. In this case, please thoroughly review language before submission.
2. Generate the PDF file
The PDF file should be generated using procedures recommended by IEEE-Xplore in order to guarantee document readability by all. You can use either of the following methods:
3. Fill the IEEE Copyright release form
( IEEE_CopyrightReleaseForm.pdf or IEEE_CopyrightReleaseForm.doc). It is mandatory to sign it and send it with your final paper for publication in IEEE – Xplore. More info can be found in: Info about IEEE copyright
4. Send PDF & Copyright release form
Once you have a verified PDF file, please send it together with the IEEE copyright release form before February 28th 2007 to thetaconf@gmail.com
